Components of an Octahedron-Tetrahedron Lattice
15 point-down tetrahedra nest into the 15 voids on the top of the 21 octahedra
while 28 point-up tetrahedra nest into the 28 voids on the bottom of the
octahedra.
These components of an oct-tet lattice are analogous to the paths or
connections between levels 6 and 7 of the 3D analog of Pascal's Triangle.
